Hi there, I’m Ciekay, a solopreneur. Effortless Labs is a one-person company that aspires to promote self-love and inner peace, just as the brand’s themed collections would like to accomplish:
- Acceptance inspires people to embrace our authentic self.
- Zen brings peace, mindfulness, and tranquility into our every day life.
- I’m the Source reminds people that we are the creator of our own reality.

Why Is It Called Effortless Labs?
Things feel grueling or effortful when we’re unaware that we have unresolved emotions stored in our body. The blocks toward self-love are fears, wounds, and insecurities installed in you long before you understood what trauma is or before you ever had a choice. It acts as invisible forces that control how we interpret things and how we react in our every day lives.
“Feeling effortless” is just the nature outcome when we start aligning with our inner self, when our thoughts, emotions, and actions working together harmoniously.
Once we’re in this state, progress stops feeling forced, we no longer do things that go against laws of nature, instead, we use them to our own advantage. We start to flow with life, like a river moving with its current.
“Labs” stands for experimentation and innovation. Thus Effortless Labs is a brand that intends to explore and experiment with the ideas that can help people achieve the effortless state in joyful and easy ways.

Why Do I Choose One-person Company?
“Business is just what we do…the vessel to create your ideal lifestyle….the vessel for self-actualization and self-transcendence…a way of exposing myself to the world…clarifying my thoughts with writing, and putting out a meaningful message”
One thing Dan Koe said that hit me really hard was “…one-person business is for people who value time freedom and location freedom, sovereignty and autonomy.”
Indeed it allows me the freedom to explore, to experiment, to self-reflect, and design a life I truly want to live.
EL is currently selling print-on-demand products, PODs are by far the perfect vehicle for the meaningful messages I would like to pass down. Since it’s a one-person company, it will evolve with me, so if I change or pivot, the products I offer will evolve, too.

EL’s Company Policy
I drafted up three policies in 10 minutes the day after I registered the company, which are:
- Make happy money only
- Rest as much as I need
- Accept, allow, embrace, and evolve
Effortless Labs is a representation of my unique perspective of life.
I always wonder what if we do works driven not by deadline, not by chasing approval from the outside world, not by proving ourselves or any other types of fear? What if we only do works that bring us joy and happiness? If that’s the lifestyle I pursue, then the way I structure my business should center around these goals.
- Make happy money only — it means you won’t do work that make you suffer.
- Rest as much as I need — 95% of your so-called problems dissolve automatically when you rest enough and well-fed. High-quality sleep, good food, lots of free time to explore your genuine curiosities will make you enjoy coming back to work, feeling charged and refreshed.
- Accept, allow, embrace, and evolve — Embrace who we are without judgement. Allow others to live their own realities. Welcome changes and see them as opportunities for growth. Becoming a more expanded, authentic version of ourselves.
