Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Effortless Labs! All products in store are printed on demand by the brand’s printing partners, meaning all items are custom-made and produced only once ordered. Therefore, replacement or refund is only provided under specific conditions. 

1. When Returns and Exchanges are Not Supported

Returns and exchanges are not supported for subjective reasons, such as:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size or color.
  • Customer changed their mind.

2. When Free Replacement or Refund is Supported

Free replacement or refund is provided when the scenarios below happen:

Scenario 1: Damaged Items or Manufacturing Error If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing mistake.

  • Reporting Period: Issues must be reported within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Evidence Required: A clear photo or video showing the defect is necessary for a claim. Returns of the damaged item are generally not required.

Scenario 2: Lost in Transit If an order is lost or not delivered due to carrier issues.

  • Reporting Period: Issues must be reported within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Verification: If the address is correct and the carrier confirms the loss.

Note: when the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, only the product cost might be refund, not shipping.

3. What To Do When The 2 Scenarios Happen

Steps To Take in Scenario 1 Damaged and Defective Items:

  • Inspect your order upon reception.
  • Contact the store at hello@effortlesslabs.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  • Provide a clear photo/video showing the issue.

On the print provider’s end:

  • The store will notify you if the replacement or refund was approved.
  • Once approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
  • In the case of refund, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Steps To Take in Scenario 2 Order Not Received:

  • Reach out to your local post office and then your neighbors to ask about your order, as parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.
  • Confirm with the store about the lost package at hello@effortlesslabs.shop.

On the print provider’s end:

  • The store will notify you of the investigation result.
  • If the tracking confirms the loss, a replacement or refund will be issued.
  • In the case of refund, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

The Fastest Way To Get What You Want

It is recommended to make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. If your return is accepted, the store will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
